Do you ship internationally?

We only ship bike products domestically in the continental United States.

However, international shoppers can still buy a selection of RECON MTB merch to support the brand.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

We ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days once dispatched.

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS

We accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date, as long as items are unused and in original, undamaged packaging.

Please keep in mind, your giveaway entries earned on the product you return will be invalidated and erased when you return it.

Mail-in returns incur a $8-20 shipping label fee depending on the product's weight, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

To initiate a return, email support@reconmtb.com with your order number and shipping zip code.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are your giveaways legit?

Every RECON Giveaway is federally registered in the United States. We are legally obligated to carry out the sweepstakes in full. We cannot change dates and must present the prize to the winner whom is neither family or in any way affiliated with our company. You can participate with full confidence that you have an equal chance to take home the win! Need more info? Check out our official rules.

What are the rules for the giveaway?

How Will I Know if i won the giveaway?

The potential winner will be notified by email within three (3) days following the random drawing to verify his/her eligibility and ability to accept the Prize.

We will not contact you through any social media platform to tell you that you have won. Please be aware of FAKE social media accounts pretending to be us and asking you for your information or saying that you have won. 

I don't live in the united states. can i still win the bike giveaway?

At this time, shoppers are only eligible to win our giveaways if they live in the United States.

However, international shoppers can still purchase a selection of merchandise to represent the RECON brand.

What's RECON'S WARRANTY POLICY?

RECON follows the manufacturer’s warranty on every product we sell. Please check with the manufacturer warranty on the product you purchased and contact the manufacturer to resolve any warranty claims that are valid. We are happy to assist you in the process with the required information and you can contact support@reconmtb.com if you need assistance processing your claim.

How many giveaway entries do i have?

There are several ways to check how many giveaway entries you have. First, sign in to your account using the email you used to purchase products on RECON.

Once signed in, the green button in the top right of the screen should show you how many entries you have next to your name.

You can also check your entries in the order status section, click on a recent order and you will be able to see how many entries you have for the current giveaway.

You can also see how many entries you have after you checkout in the thank you page.

How Much cashback have i earned?

If you have bought a product on RECON, you've earned cashback.

If you are signed into your account and viewing the website via desktop you will see a floating button with a wallet icon in the bottom right of your screen that displays how much cashback you have earned by shopping on RECON.

You can also check by going to the checkout page and selecting store credit as a payment method to see how much cashback you have earned and can apply to future orders.

How Do I use my cashback rewards?

If you have earned cashback by shopping on RECON and are signed into your account, you will see an option at checkout to apply "store credit" to your order. The amount you have available to apply as store credit is the amount you have earned in cashback.

The cashback you earn on RECON can not be withdrawn and can only be spent on RECON. Please note that your cashback rewards expire if unused within 365 days of earning it.
