2. Orders & Payments

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to verify availability, pricing, and payment information before confirming and processing your order.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for typographical or system errors in pricing.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees required by their country or region.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom, backordered, or special-order items may require additional time.

We ship worldwide through major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping times and carrier performance are beyond our control. In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page on our website. Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping, billed at a flat rate of $10.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
