Tubeless tires are amazing, till you get a puncture that is too big to seal. This is where the ERM shines! Stored in your front Thru-axle, the ERM is guaranteed to be the quickest and easiest way to plug a puncture!
There are many tubeless tire plug kits offered by many companies, but all of those lack one crucial feature that will make or break your day. That is speed. In the time you spend fidgeting around with the plug kit from your bag, your tire is hissing out precious air. This is the exact reason the ERM was designed to fit into your front thru-axle, you will waste ZERO time removing it and plugging the puncture. Depending on how much air you have lost, you may be able to finish your ride without airing your tire back up. The ERM will get you back to riding ASAP!
For the ERM to fit in your thru-axle, acquire a number 2 pencil. Insert this pencil (eraser end first) into your axle 3 inches. If it fits with out forcing it is a perfect fit for the ERM. If the pencil is loose, that is totally acceptable.
The ERM comes with a No Fit Return Policy. This policy covers the ERM not fitting into your thru-axle after you purchase the product. To return the ERM, send a message to contact. WARNING: The ERM will only work on bikes with tubeless tires and a front thru-axle with a circular opening inside with a ID of 8 to 11mm. ID = Inner Diameter of thru-axle. Designed for 15 x 100 - 110mm thru-axles with a 8 to 11mm ID. You must measure the ID yourself due to the ID being unclear on many company's thru-axles.
The thru-axle can still be removed with the ERM installed.

1. Remove the ERM and Plugs from the packaging.
2. The ERM will come with one set of grommets preinstalled. These grommets will need to be trimmed to fit inside your front thru-axle. If the ERM is not able to be removed from the thru-axle by hand, trimming the rubber grommets will be necessary. Remember, you can always remove more but can't add more without cutting another grommet.
How to trim your grommets:
This ERM used small grommets that have been trimmed for a Fox 38 Performance fork.
3. Preload a Plug into the ERM. The plug should slide into the prong at the tip of the ERM. The plug should sit in the prong half way of the length of the plug.
4. Make sure the Plug is pulled back (sitting parallel to the ERM's shaft).
5. Insert the ERM into your front thru-axle.
6. Ensure the ERM fits snug with zero rattling or chances of it falling out.
