This custom fit padded jacket is built with the industry’s most impact-absorbing pads and most comfortable fabric:
- 140 GSM Lycra (Elastane Blend)
- MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate): Above 15,000 g/m²/24 (in other words: extremely breathable)
- Tear Strength: Above 40 N
- Layered with Poron® foam for comfort on bare locations (e.g. knee)
The sole goal of the inner fabric is to hold the pads in place with maximum comfort and breathability, yet still be durable and tear-resistant.

This all-encompassing protection is solely comprised of what is currently the industry’s highest impact-absorbing material:
- 15mm layer of polyurethane Elastopan® armor
- CE EN 1621 Level 2 certification
- Average transmitted force: 6.1 kN
- Peak transmitted force: 8.4 kN
- Absorption ratio: 8.1:1 (89% of the impact energy)
- 3 times more impact-absorbing than CE Level 1 pads
Not a single pad in the mountain bike industry outperforms our impact absorption strength. Furthermore, our pads are designed to protect the key vulnerable areas that almost all other pads miss (e.g. the knees’ sides and the loins).

Additionally, this armor is completely custom fit – another quality that zero other pads in the industry offer. This not only wholly stops pad shifting, but is far more comfortable (also, significantly comfortable pads are worn more).
Kits are uniquely comfortably minimalistic, lacking commonly seen annoyances such as velcro straps, plastic materials, irritating layered fabrics, etc.
The pads inside this inner fabric are washable (without removal) and removable (for a lighter ride, if desired).
